Terms

These terms apply to AI agents, ad films and apps from NOVAGE AI, org.nr 559073-8695.

Agreement

The agreement applies once you approve our quote or order confirmation in writing. Email is enough.

The agents

The agent answers based on the information you have approved, such as services, prices and opening hours. You are responsible for that information being correct and for telling us when something changes. When the agent does not know the answer, it hands over to you.

Price and payment

The price is stated in the quote, excluding VAT. Agents are invoiced monthly. Payment terms are stated on the invoice.

Cancellation

You can cancel an agent whenever you like. It stays active until the end of the month in which you cancel.

Operation

We fix faults as soon as we can, but cannot promise that the service will never be down. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales.

Personal data

We process your customers’ data on your behalf under a data processing agreement. Read more in the privacy policy.

Ad films and apps

Scope, price and delivery time are stated in the quote for each assignment.

Disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the general courts of Sweden.
